Want extra income? White Glove Disposal is looking for dependable individuals to help with doorstep valet trash removal at apartment complexes. Start by completing these 4 easy steps:
Work as an Independent Subcontractor. EIN Tax Number preferred. LLCs and Incs welcome.
Pay is based on the amount of units you serve per hour of work. We offer competitive compensation. Earn from $20-$40/hour.
Work hours available: Mon-Fri, 9am-8pm, windy, cold, rain or shine (excluding extreme weather).
No prior experience in waste management or valet trash services is required, but it's a plus.
Must do online training.
A pickup truck is required to transport trash bags from apartment buildings to the trash compactor. No truck? Build a team that has one.
A valid Driver’s License is required to legally drive the truck and handle waste transportation.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
Must have a working cell phone with a functional camera for reporting.
Must be ready to purchase the White Glove Valet Kit to comply with company uniform & safety guidelines.
Must be able to walk 1.5+ miles per day, climb 256+ stairs, lift and carry 50+ lbs. A decent level of physical fitness is necessary.
Must show good work ethic: punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to getting the job done are key traits we look for.
Must show a positive attitude: keep a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and fellow team members.
Must show attention to detail: ensure trash is picked up correctly from the right locations and compactor area is kept clean and organized.
Must be able to work independently, with very little supervision, following all company rules and guidelines.
Must pass a background check.
